Card On File

A credit or debit card on file is required before services can be scheduled. Cards will be automatically charged after service is complete. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We are committed to providing easy and secure payment options for our customers. All payments are processed through a secure payment processor. All invoices and receipts can be accessed through your customer account. 

Access and Obstructions

Locks on gates should be unlocked or removed the day of or the day before your scheduled service visit. Also any lawn or access obstructions should be removed before your scheduled service visit. For example chairs. toys, trampolines, trailers, and debris. The service technician will not move customer property. If access or obstructions prevent the technician from servicing the lawn then that appointment will be reschedule and a reschedule fee will be applied to the account.
